About the event
Loosely based on real events, this project aims to tell the story of the greatest heist in Canadian history through a comedic lens. A family of maple syrup producers in Quebec who, due to the limits on production imposed by the maple syrup cartel, resort to stealing barrels from the federal maple syrup reserve to sell elsewhere.

Librement inspiré d'événements réels, ce projet vise à raconter l'histoire du plus grand cambriolage de l'histoire du Canada sous un angle comique. Une famille de producteurs de sirop d'érable du Québec qui, en raison des limites de production imposées par le cartel du sirop d'érable, volent des barils de la réserve fédérale de sirop d'érable pour les vendre ailleurs.
